Scheduling Policy

New Client Scheduling Policy

This appointment is designed for new clients seeking expert guidance on insurance,

wealth education, business strategies, and/or legacy protection solutions.

Please be mindful that availability is limited.

If you need to reschedule, kindly do so in advance to allow others the opportunity to book.

A $25 nonrefundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment.

This fee is in place due to a high volume of missed appointments, which has prevented serious clients from securing a time slot. Once you have demonstrated a consistent track record of attending scheduled meetings, this fee will be waived for future bookings.

It is solely up to the discretion of Nicolette Management LLC and the individual Consultant you are working with to determine when your booking fee will be waived. You may direct requests regarding waived booking fees by emailing [email protected] and using "Waived Booking Fee" in the Subject Line.

Grandfathered Client Scheduling Policy

As a valued client with a proven track record of commitment, you have earned access to scheduled consultations without a booking fee. This appointment is reserved for policy reviews, wealth education, and strategic guidance to keep you on track with your goals.

In the event that you begin missing appointments and do not properly cancel or reschedule with ample notice of 24 hours+, more than 10 times, you will be reverted to having to pay new client booking fees. It is solely up to the discretion of Nicolette Management LLC and the individual Consultant you are working with to determine if this policy needs to be re-enforced on your client file.

Again, please be mindful that availability is limited. If you need to reschedule your appointment, kindly do so in advance to allow others the opportunity to book in your old place.

Partner & Business Consults Scheduling Policy

This calendar is designated for scheduling meetings with business partners, vendors, systems professionals, and other key collaborators. At Nicolette Management, we specialize in strategic consulting for insurance, business operations, and wealth education. Our goal is to streamline systems, enhance client experiences, and develop sustainable growth strategies.

If you're a vendor, service provider, or industry partner interested in collaboration, integration discussions, or exploring synergies, please select a convenient time for us to connect. We value efficiency and innovation and look forward to our collaboration.

There is currently no booking fee required for these collaborative meetings. However, consistent missed meetings by any Collaborator using this method of scheduling is subject to the same guidelines as Clients in the sense that continued missed meetings will result in a $25 booking fee. It is solely up to the discretion of Nicolette Management LLC and the individual Consultant you are working with to determine if this policy needs to be enforced on your business file.

Fee Policy

Service Fees

All fees for services are strictly non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, consultations, document preparation, and administrative support. Service fees vary depending on the nature and complexity of the service provided; a detailed breakdown will be presented prior to any agreement. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in full. Please note that all fees are based on the time, expertise, and professional preparation provided, and not on any guaranteed outcomes or specific results.

Membership and Masterclass Fees

Memberships and Masterclasses are billed on a recurring monthly basis. In the event of cancellation, services will remain active through the end of the current paid billing cycle and will terminate on the date the next billing cycle begins. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time. We do not offer prorated services.
